Laura and I headed to Shake Shack for the end of our little excursion. Laura's never been, so I felt like I was coming full circle very quickly (my first Shake Shack experience was a few weeks ago). We did share a "first" when we got shakes though! And, let me tell you, it was monumental.
I got a black-and-white shake, which is half vanilla, half chocolate. It's been my go-to flavor for as long as I can remember! It never disappoints- and Shake Shack, you may make my favorite version!
Laura got a peanut butter shake... I stole a bite or two and it was delicious!
Their shakes are perfectly thick- you can hardly draw it up through the straw! We ate ours with spoons until they melted a bit.
Just look at that complete joy!
But the main reason we went was for the 'shroom burger. It's what I got last time, and ooh boy I dreamed about that burger! I talked it up so much that Laura wanted one of her own!
The first bite...
Laura's burger was so wonderfully cheesy that some downright exploded from the side when she took her first bite! We had such a surprised laughing fit over it!
My little lady loved her first Shake Shack trip just as much as I enjoyed mine! As much as I love my Canadian, I still want to go back for a lunch date with my mom. You can never have too much Shake Shack (or mommy time)!
I want to go to shake shack so badly, shame i live in the UK :( that burger and shake actually looks delicious, it sounds like you had a good time :)
