InstaNatural Dual Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I received another type of Aryan Oil while still at school! Plus, as you can see, the 100% Organic Argan Oil wasn't the only glass bottle sent my way! I also received some Rose Water- a product I've always been intrigued by. My roommates were more than happy to help me go through all of these bottles and help me give a quality review!

two bottles = double the fun!

The packaging on this "liquid gold" is perfection! The bottle is super durable (I may have dropped it by accident... whoops!) and the dropper delivers exact amounts every time.

Kitty used it to moisturize her legs, prompting me to use it before shaving! It not only made my legs extremely hydrated, it gave me the closes shave in the history of ever! The combination gave me silky smooth legs for at least a week! Score.

The only down side is that InstaNatural's Argan Oil doesn't absorb very quickly. While this isn't such a problem when you're using it in the shower, Laura did have an issue with using it as a cuticle/hand moisturizer before bed. She said her hands felt drenched and oily and worried that she'd get the product all over her sheets. The next day, her hands were exceedingly soft, though, so you win some you lose some?

Then there's the rose water! Packaging for this isn't as well-planned as the Argan Oil. It doesn't have any sort of delivery system- I think a spray bottle would work best!- so you need to splash it onto you hand. It's not the best, unfortunately.

It has a SUPER strong scent when you first open the bottle- like a garden of roses all liquefied and bottled up. The smell disperses when you use it as a final rinse after washing your hair- leaving hair super soft and hinting of roses with the barest of scents.
More than just hair, this little darling can be used as a facial toner, cleanser, hydrator, moisturizer, AND makeup remover! Apparently it can also calm a sunburn, which I will definitely be trying out at some point this summer when I accidentally turn into a lobster.

All in all,  greatly enjoy InstaNatural's products! Have you ever tried anything similar?

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Uni 100% Argan Oil (Review)

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

pictures left over from schoo-oo-ooool *sob* you could say I miss my gr8man (and you wouldn't be wrong)
But, anyway, you are probably more interested in the pretty product than you are in my sobbing, so I'll skip ahead to that part (just know that separation is the reason for these teardrops on my keyboard)
My favorite Tomoson has hooked me up yet again, this time with 100% pure and organic argan oil from UNi!

^in case you wanted to know how to apply it^

In using this, I've found that less is more! IT's fast absorbing and relatively light... but that doesn't mean jack squat if you drown yourself in it! I've found that 3 drops is ideal... this little darling is a multitasker, 3 drops is perfect whether you put it in your hair OR as moisturizer on your beautiful face.
I also put a drop or two on this pesky dry patch/rash that plagued the inside of my elbow forever... and it cleared it right up!

The only con I have is that it smells vaguely medicinal? Or maybe almost olive oil-y? I don't know, but it's only when you first apply it. Luckily, the fast absorption means that the smell dissipates almost immediately!

Have you ever used any argan oil? What did you think?
