How to Become a Librarian : tips, tricks, and MLIS advice!

Hi all! This is a pretty quick overview for those of you who might be interested in becoming librarians!



An even quicker overview, you ask? here it is, in 5 points!
1. Have interest in the intersection between community and literacy!
2. Do your research! Work or volunteer in a library before dedicating yourself to the task.
3. Get your MLIS!
4. Get some experience while in graduate school!
5. Have fun with it! If this is where you find joy, welcome to the team :)
