Healthy living. It's something we all strive to achieve! I have definitely been putting a pep in my step when it comes to my health. I've been pescaterian since middle school, but I'm trying new recipes and making healthy eating fun! With my recently acquired fitness tracker and my walks to work or school or exploring, I am quite literally stepping it up. With both of these, I find myself feeling more energized... Even when work and class and life-in-general leaves me emotionally drained.

As per usual, Walmart has low prices so it's easy to stock up on different vitamins, supplements, and probiotics any time without needing to wait for a rollback sale (though one might be going on, anyways!).
Like I said, I feel like I'm dipping my toe into the Nature Made by buying their vitamins. Both their vitamins and supplements are an easy, convenient way to help your body get the nutritional support it needs every day, whether it be to support bone health, immune health or energy metabolism (helping convert food into energy).† Maybe I just started here because the word "vitamin" has been so very integrated into my life from an early age? Whatever weird sociological impulse led me to this point, though, I'm really pleased with my vita melts! They're quick, they taste delicious (like actual fruit, instead of artificial weirdness), and I definitely give myself a pat on the back for working on my fitness (reference? Anyone?) daily.
Supplements feel like a midway point between vitamins and the active probiotics, so I'll probably give those a try next!
